The emaPD Standard Training provides a concise and practical overview of all the essential fundamentals of digital factory and production planning using the ema Software Suite – from modelling to optimisation.
Training content
- › Areas of application for emaPD
- › Methodological principles for modelling & calculation
- › Navigating the user interface and basic structure of the software
- › Set up simple digital factory models using import wizard & manual input
- › Insight into calculation results and key performance indicators: capacity utilisation, bottlenecks, lead times, critical path and costs
- › Identifying opportunities and optimising production in line with target figures
- › Data transfer emaPD/emaWD
- › 3D material flow & layout planning
- › Creating value streams
Note for Education customers
Participants from the education sector will receive an additional, separate consultation session (60 mins) to explore specific teaching-related topics in greater depth.
